Inspired by the beautifully weathered timber of our Welsh landscapes and coastline, they feature complex but subtle shades and create calm, restful wood floors that blend effortlessly into any style of naturally inspired interior.

    All Country & Coastal oak floors are available as both traditional Solid oak boards and Strata all oak engineered boards in a choice of widths and generous lengths.

    Our Shingle Grey Oak Parquet is a fabulous medley of the wonderful mineral grey tones you’ll find on the best pebble beaches. Gently rustic in style, it is a versatile nature inspired floor well matched with contemporary country style.

    Shingle Grey Oak Parquet flooring is made in our Quintessential  engineered format and made on our Cottage grade Oak.

    Our Quintessential format is a beautifully machined engineered construction made from premium hardwood ply and sustainably sourced European Oak.

    Cottage grade Oak features rich natural colour variation, pretty figuring and a mix of large and small knots. It has a gently rustic feel that is well suited to comfortable family homes and relaxed interiors

    Sealed with our durable hardwax oil , it has soft natural sheen and is easy to look after. Choose from 2 classic sizes that can be laid as herringbone and in many other traditional designs.

    Installation & Care

    Parquet flooring must be glue fixed to a dry, level, load bearing subfloor. To allow for cuts around the perimeter, you will need to add 10-15% to the floor area. See our plain English Installation Guide for full fitting recommendations and guidance.

    Shingle Grey Oak Parquet flooring ihas a durable hardwax oil finish that is easy to look after. Wash with our Wood Floor Cleaner to clean without stripping  and use our Wood Floor Wax to replenish sheen and repair any small scratches. Our aftercare guide has full details of our recommendations and top tips on how to minimise maintenance.

    Lead Time & Delivery

    Normal Lead Time – 10-14 working days. All of our flooring is finished to order in Wales.

    Delivery Options – Broadleaf Premium or Commercial Carrier. Our Premium delivery services includes unloading into a ground floor room. Commercial Carrier delivery is kerbside only. Click here for full details.
