Delivery

Here at Broadleaf we offer a number of different delivery options.

Where possible, our premium door to door service delivers not only to your door but through it into your property, and otherwise we offer an efficient carrier service.

Oak plank flooring on pallets for transportation and delivery

Our door to door service not only delivers right to your door, it also includes unloading into a ground floor room. Our drivers can unload all items unassisted apart from External Doors, which they will need capable help with due to their weight.

This service does not include unwrapping goods or lattice stacking flooring.

For next day requirements, commercial deliveries, and more remote locations where door to door service is not cost effective, we offer Commercial Carrier delivery.

This service is more economical as it is kerbside, to the nearest accessible point to the property. The drivers are unable to assist with unloading so this will need to be done by an on-site forklift or suitable manpower.

For some deliveries a tail lift is available to bring the pallets down to ground level for unloading, but this will depend on location so would need to be discussed and agreed on an individual basis.

Smaller items, such as maintenance products or ironmongery are delivered by Parceforce.

You can choose from a 24 or 48 hour service, but please bear in mind that these timings from the date of despatch, which will normally be the next working day after you place your order, and do not include weekend days or bank holidays.

As an example, an order placed on Tuesday using a 24 hour service would normally be delivered on Thursday, and an order placed on Saturday would normally be delivered on the following Tuesday.

Our delivery tariffs depend on location and the size of delivery. If you would like an idea of delivery cost for your requirements before you order, please contact any of our Showrooms or our Head Office.

For items that can be ordered online, the cost of delivery will be calculated as part of the check out process.

Deliveries are normally made between 8.00am and 7.00pm.

Where delivery is to be made by Broadleaf vehicles using our door to door service we will do our best to accommodate requirements such as a delivery outside school run hours as long as you notify us when arranging your delivery.

Approximate estimated delivery times are also available for our door to door service from our head office on the day of delivery from 8.30am and we can have our drivers call you when they are approximately 1 hour away as long as you request this when you arrange your delivery and provide a contact number with an answerphone.

For deliveries by Commercial Carrier and ParcelForce these services are not available as standard, although timed deliveries can be booked for Commercial Carrier deliveries at an extra cost for some postcodes if required.

Delivery dates are normally arranged when you order (or just following for online orders) and then confirmed prior to scheduled despatch.

Once a delivery date has been confirmed, you can amend it without charge up to one working day before your scheduled delivery day.

Unloading up or down steps or to another floor can normally be arranged at an additional charge for deliveries by Broadleaf vehicles but must be booked with your invoicing showroom in advance.

This service is not available for Commercial Carrier deliveries.

This is not a problem as long as you notify us when you order. We can arrange additional manpower for a supplement.

Each delivery is carefully checked before it leaves our warehouse and we are proud to say that we have an excellent record of delivering undamaged products and not forgetting anything.

We work very hard to ensure that this is always the case but if you do identify any damage or discrepancy when you receive your delivery, please mark this clearly on the delivery note and contact your invoicing showroom to notify them within 2 working days.

All of our delivery vehicles are equipped with satellite navigation and Broadleaf vehicle deliveries are made using transit vans rather than larger lorries so we can normally access most properties.

However, if you feel your property is difficult to find or you are aware of any restricted access, please make your invoicing showroom aware of this when you place your order so we can do our very best to accommodate it and avoid an unexpected problems.

This is particularly important for Commercial Carrier deliveries.
