Magnetree is a new generation magnetic wood flooring system designed for use over raised access floors and concrete subfloors. Combining high strength magnets, advanced anti-tracking technology and precision engineered access kits, it is an adhesive free, high-performance solution for commercial interiors designed for disassembly and ongoing access to underfloor services.

Magnetree reduces waste, extends material life and contributes to BREEAM, SKA, and LEED assessments. It can be easily removed and relaid without damage to itself or the subfloors beneath. We also offer Magnetree re-finishing and buy-back schemes to further facilitate second life, reuse and material recovery.
